Signals Library · Twelve markers, three capacities

Your body is already producing the signal.

Every marker on this page is a sentence your physiology is writing. Each one, read in context with the others, tells you which capacity is robust and which is constrained. This library is the reference — pick a marker to learn what it reveals and how to move it.

How every marker is scored
Fit
86 – 100
Where the healthiest people of your age and sex actually sit. Not a lab “normal” — an observed ideal.
Well
50 – 85
Inside the well range, short of Fit. Nothing diagnosable. This is where coaching does its most productive work.
Short of well
26 – 49
The clinical thresholds live here — a score of exactly 25 is the diagnosable line, at any age.
Sick
25 and under
Past the diagnosable line. Still coachable, and worth a physician’s eyes alongside the coaching.

The figures beside each marker below are the Fit edge at age 40. Your Radar shifts these bands by age and sex, so every marker page carries a calculator that scores your own number exactly the way your report does.

Capacity 01
Regulate Energy

How cleanly fuel is processed and cleared. When this capacity is constrained, every other system costs more.

Capacity 02
Recover From Stress

Whether the body absorbs stress and returns to baseline — or accumulates it.

Capacity 03
Preserve Functionality

Whether bone, strength, and structural reserve are being maintained across decades.

How to use this library

Read the capacity, not the marker.

No single number tells the story. The question is always: which capacity is constrained, and where should coaching start? Each marker page shows the marker in its capacity context, the four bands it lives in, what it reveals when it moves, the lever that actually shifts it — and a calculator that scores your own number the way your Radar does.
