See what your inputs
are producing.

Metabolic health is a capacity. It clusters into three, each one trainable. The Radar maps your markers to those capacities and shows the shape they make together.

You don't need perfect data. You need honest inputs and standardized conditions.

Most people already
have data.

Blood work. Body composition. Vitals. Training logs.

An endless panel of measurements without a framework becomes data without meaning.

The Radar organizes those markers into three measurable capacities — Regulate Energy, Recover From Stress, Preserve Functionality — so you can see where the shape holds and where it dips.

The problem isn't lack of data. It's lack of a model.

This is what you get.

Four sample reports from four illustrative profiles — archetypes built to show the range, not clients. Each shows the full radar, the read on each capacity, and the coaching narrative, generated by the current Radar engine. Open a sample to explore it, or download the HTML to keep it.

Balanced baseline

Healthy 40-year-old male

Regulate EnergyFit
Recover From StressFit
Preserve FunctionalityFit

A wide, evenly balanced radar. All three capacities holding. The target shape — wherever your radar starts, this is the direction coaching moves it toward.

Energy-constrained

45-year-old female, metabolic syndrome

Regulate EnergyShort of well
Recover From StressShort of well
Preserve FunctionalityWell

A1C 6.3%, fasting insulin 18, TG:HDL 4.5, ApoB 120. Fuel handling is under clear strain but earlier-stage than frank diabetes — the working-age picture of metabolic syndrome building. The first guess is fuel handling.

System-wide strain

55-year-old female, obesity

Regulate EnergyShort of well
Recover From StressShort of well
Preserve FunctionalityWell

A1C 6.2, body fat 42%, grip 24 kg, blood pressure elevated. No single dent — all three capacities are compressed together. A reminder that a radar rarely has one clean story; sometimes the whole system is carrying the load.

Functionality-constrained

70-year-old male, sarcopenia

Regulate EnergyWell
Recover From StressShort of well
Preserve FunctionalityShort of well

ALMI 6.3, grip strength well below target, body fat 31%. The system is underbuilt in lean mass and skeletal reserve. The first guess is strength exposure, with protein met every day.

Four shapes, four stories. The whole shape decides where coaching starts.

Twelve weeks. One intervention.
Drag the slider.

A profile whose fuel-handling markers dipped — after one coaching block aimed at fuel handling. Same body, same protocol, re-tested. Drag from week 0 to week 12 and watch the dent fill in.

Simulated. This is an illustrative profile, not a client, and the week-12 values are hand-set to show what a fuel-handling block is predicted to move. No re-test data sit behind this slider — it shows the shape of the prediction, not a result.

Re-test timeline 0 WEEKS

The prediction was specific: fasting insulin, A1C, and TG:HDL should move first, body composition slower, recovery markers steady. The re-test is the verdict. If the shape hadn't moved, the prescription changes — that's the falsifiable loop.

You're not looking for perfection.
You're looking for patterns.

Pattern 01
Holding vs dipping

A wide, balanced shape means the three capacities are holding. A dip means something is being paid for. Every dip gets a closer look; the whole shape decides the first move.

Pattern 02
Inputs vs outcomes

Are the capacities matched to the demands you're placing on them? If not, the inputs aren't producing the expected response — and the prescription needs revision.

Pattern 03
Improvement vs decline

Compare two radars over time under the same conditions. If the markers the guess pointed at are moving toward the target range, the guess is supported, not proven. If not, the guess was wrong and something needs to change.

The value is not the total area of the chart, but the dents and spikes the first guess comes from.

Your body is always adapting.

Every input — nutrition, training, sleep, stress — creates a measurable response. Every response reinforces a pattern.

Over time, those patterns become trajectory. Toward robust capacity — or toward fragility.

Outcomes are not random. They reflect how the three capacities are functioning. The markers are already there. The Radar makes them legible.

Three essays in the coach’s voice walk each capacity in depth: The Metabolic Health Series. The framework underneath: the capstone essay.
