Your body is already
drawing this picture.

Enter the numbers you already know — from your last physical, your watch, a gym test. Watch the shape change as you do. The whole shape decides where the work starts.

Demo values. A made-up 40-year-old, not you. Move any slider, or start blank, to replace them.
Six markers you might already know

Six of the twelve markers, self-reported — the ones on a physical, a watch, or a gym test. Mark any you don't know: a blank stays blank, it is never scored. The other six (insulin, ApoB, hs-CRP, visceral fat, bone density, muscle mass) need lab work and a DXA scan; they are left off the shape entirely, and they're often where the real story is.

Preview · demo values · 6 of 12 markers · no single overall score

This preview runs the same scoring engine as a full Radar report (mhi-radar v28): the same age- and sex-adjusted curves, the same Sick line at score 25, the same blood-pressure caps. What differs is the input — six self-reported numbers instead of twelve measured under standardized conditions. Capacity reads here are partial (at most two of four markers each) and marked as such. Blank means unknown and is never scored; an empty age is scored as 40, the engine's default, and says so. The Fit band is coach consensus and Hollis's observation, not a reference population. Education, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
